Charles Stephenson Chief Executive Officer

Prior to forming Bravo Natural Resources, LLC, Mr. Stephenson was and is CEO, President and Director of Angus Natural Resources, LLC. Previous to that he held the position of CEO, President and Director of Bravo Natural Gas, LLC; CEO, President and Director of Bravo Natural Resources, LLC, I and II; COO/ Vice President – Operations of Spring Resources, Inc.

Each of the previously-mentioned entities was formed with Natural Gas Partners. Mr. Stephenson also served as Operations Manager of Unit Petroleum Corporation; Drilling Manager of Samson Resources, and in drilling engineering and management in North America and internationally for Conoco. He began his career with Getty as a petroleum engineer. Mr. Stephenson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University.

 

Robert Schaffitzel President and Chief Operating Officer

Prior to forming Bravo Natural Resources, LLC, Mr. Schaffitzel spent 15 years with Samson Resources in increasing roles of responsibility after beginning his career with Texaco as an operations engineer. Following the sale of Samson Resources to a KKR-led investment group, Robert served in roles of Senior Vice President Corporate Planning and Development, Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Senior Vice President Rocky Mountain Division. Additionally, Robert led exploration and development in his roles of Vice President Tight and Unconventional Gas Division and Vice President East Texas Division. Mr. Schaffitzel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma.


Trent Richey Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Bravo, Mr. Richey was Vice President & Treasurer for SandRidge Energy from 2007 to 2013.  Previous to that, he served as Manager of Corporate Finance for Kerr-McGee Corporation, where he held Treasury and Finance related positions of increasing responsibility for more than 15 years. Mr. Richey graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1987, majoring in Business Management.


Mike Rollins Vice President Reservoir Engineering

Prior to joining Bravo, Mr. Rollins was President and CEO of Crow Creek Energy III, LLC.  Previous to that he served as Vice President of Engineering of Crow Creek Energy II, LLC and Crow Creek Energy I, LLC.  Mr. Rollins is a graduate of The University of Tulsa, with a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering and a B.S. in Biology.
